The new owner will, of course, need to install the software.The new owner needs the unregistered USB-eLicenser holding the license of the software.If you have more than one license stored on your USB-eLicenser, and you don't want to sell all licenses together, simply transfer the license you wish to sell to a second USB-eLicenser, following the instructions here: Transferring eLicenser-based licenses Recommended scope of supply Now you can sell the software and pass on the USB-eLicenser.Click on "Continue" to confirm the deletion.Click on "x Delete registration" at the bottom of the list.The entry will be extended to show a list of stored licenses.In the list of registered USB-eLicensers, select the USB-eLicenser you want to unregister.Select the "eLicenser" tab beneath the big red buttons.You'll be directed to the "My Products" page.In the menu on the left, click on "Show eLicenser-based products".

If the USB-eLicenser holding the license of the software you intend to sell is not registered, you can pass it on without further ado. Just make sure, the USB-eLicenser is not registered with a MySteinberg account. Selling software with a license stored on a USB-eLicenser is straight-forward and does not require contacting support.
